• Synthesis of the peptide (15 aa, 15-20mg, at least 80% purity, quality controlled by HPLC and MS)
• Conjugation of peptide to a protein carrier
• Immunisation of rat/s according to a schedule over 42 days
• Delivery of pre-immune serum and  2-4ml antiserum per animal
• ELISA titre test
